A man in his 50s was arrested in South Korea for allegedly murdering his girlfriend in 2008 and encasing her body in cement on their balcony. The case resurfaced when a construction worker found her remains in a suitcase while repairing the balcony. The accused confessed to killing her during an argument and hiding her body, while misinforming her family about her whereabouts for years.
