Jodhpur Woman Dies Of Congo Fever; Health Guidelines Issued In Rajasthan

A 51-year-old woman from Jodhpur died of Congo fever at an Ahmedabad hospital on Wednesday. Her sample tested positive at the National Institute of Virology, Pune. In response, Rajasthan’s health department issued prevention guidelines. Public Health Director Dr. Ravi Prakash Mathur instructed the Jodhpur Chief Medical Officer to send a rapid response team to the affected area.
