Isha Foundation Appeals To SC Against Madras HC Ruling

Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev’s Isha Foundation approached Supreme Court on Thursday against a Madras High Court order that requested a report from Tamil Nadu govt regarding all criminal cases against him and the foundation. CJI DY Chandrachud indicated that the HC order would likely be stayed, as it lacked prima facie justification. The bench will meet with 2 women allegedly detained by the foundation.
