In a bid to enhance travel services, Indian Railways plans to launch a comprehensive “super app” by December. This all-in-one application will enable passengers to access services like ticket booking, platform pass purchases, and train tracking from a single platform. Developed by the Centre for Railway Information Systems (CRIS), the app will integrate with IRCTC’s existing systems for improved user experience.
