A circulation continues over the North Andaman Sea, with a low-pressure area expected to form over North Andaman within the next 24 hours. Forecasts indicate that it will move west-northwest and could develop into a cyclone by Wednesday. By October 23, it is anticipated to strengthen into a storm in the East Central Bay of Bengal, bringing moderate to heavy rains on October 24 and 25.
