Holiday Declared For Schools In 3 Districts Of AP As Heavy Rains Persist

Due to heavy rains, district collectors have declared a holiday for all schools and Anganwadi centers in the Prakasam, Nellore, and Chittoor districts of Andhra Pradesh. Students residing in welfare hostels that are deemed unsafe are advised to be relocated to nearby safe buildings. Medical officials have also been instructed to ensure the admission of pregnant women.
