Ryan Routh accused of plotting to assassinate Donald Trump, wrote a disturbing letter months prior, revealing his intentions. Arrested near Trump International Golf Course on Sept 15, Routh reportedly had a rifle and left behind a box containing ammunition and letters. In the letter, he expressed regret for failing in the assassination attempt and offered $150,000 to anyone who would finish the job.
