Five Naxalites Killed In Encounter With Security Forces In Gadchiroli

In an encounter in Gadchiroli district, Maharashtra, five Naxalites were killed by security forces on Monday. The C-60 commandos engaged in a gunfight with the Maoists, who had gathered in a forest area to plan an attack ahead of the November 20 elections. The police are  conducting a search operation in the area, and the identities of the deceased will be revealed at a press conference.
