A significant fire broke out in Dewan Cheruvu village of Rajanagaram Mandal, East Godavari district, Andhra Pradesh, when a lorry was pumping diesel at a local Indian Oil petrol station. The fire started due to a short circuit in the cabin of lorry, which quickly ignited the vehicle. Firefighters arrived promptly and successfully brought the blaze under control, preventing further damage.
