Kerala HC Flags Aadhaar Mandate For Tatkal Train Tickets

The Kerala High Court today reprimanded the Railway Board for failing to respond on whether Aadhaar authentication is mandatory for Tatkal ticket bookings, despite several months’ time. The bench of Chief Justice Soumen Sen and Justice Syam Kumar VM adjourned the matter for three weeks, directing the Board to file its response within the period.
