Pakistan and Afghanistan have agreed to extend their ceasefire following talks in Istanbul mediated by Turkey and Qatar. The ceasefire, in place since October 19, comes after deadly border clashes. Both sides will establish a monitoring mechanism, with a follow-up meeting on November 6 to ensure peace. Turkey and Qatar pledged continued support.
