IIT Delhi Student Killed In Soil Collapse At Gujarat Archaeological Site

A 24-year-old IIT Delhi student, Surabhi Verma, was killed, and three others were injured when soil collapsed on them at the Lothal archaeological site in Gujarat. The incident occurred on Wednesday when the research team, including members from IIT Delhi and IIT Gandhinagar, entered a 10-foot pit to collect soil samples from the ancient Harappan port town.
