Trump Slams BRICS As Dollar Threat And Warns Tariffs

US President Trump labeled the BRICS alliance an attack on the US dollar. He claimed he deterred prospective members by threatening tariffs, after which “everybody dropped out.” The bloc now includes Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa, Egypt, Ethiopia, Indonesia, Iran, and the UAE, calling them “anti-American” in recent remarks.
