IndiGo Sues Mahindra Electric Over Trademark Infringement On ‘6E’

IndiGo filed a lawsuit against Mahindra Electric on Tuesday, accusing the automaker of trademark infringement over the use of “6E” in its new electric vehicle, the Mahindra BE 6E. The case was presented before the Delhi High Court and is scheduled for its next hearing on December 9, 2024. Justice Amit Bansal briefly heard the case before recusing himself.
