Al-Qaeda Operative Held In UP For Plotting Terror Strikes Across India

Uttar Pradesh ATS arrested Bilal Khan, an Al-Qaeda in the Indian Subcontinent (AQIS) operative, for planning terror attacks in India under Pakistani handlers’ orders. Linked to nearly 4,000 Pakistani numbers, he spread extremist propaganda online, glorified militants, and aimed to establish Sharia rule. Authorities continue probing his network and sleeper cells.
