Gaurav and Saurabh Luthra, the owners of a nightclub in Goa, were presented in a Delhi court after being deported from Thailand. They had left India following the fire at their Arpora club on December 6, which resulted in the deaths of 25 people. A court granted transit remand, and the brothers were flown to Goa to appear before a magistrate.
