Manchester Attack Survivors Awarded $58,000 Over Hoax Claims

Two survivors of the 2017 Manchester bombing won £45,000 ($58,000) in damages from Richard Hall, a former TV producer who falsely claimed they were “crisis actors.” Martin Hibbert, paralyzed in the attack, and his daughter Eve, brain-damaged, sued Hall for harassment. The High Court ruled in their favor, ordering Hall to pay damages and 90% of legal costs for spreading hoax theories.
