Police Rush To Northwest Delhi After Explosion Reported

An explosion was heard near PVR cinema hall in Prashant Vihar, northwest Delhi, at 11:48 am today. Police and fire engines responded, and a Special Cell team is en route. This follows a similar blast near the CRPF school last month, which damaged a wall but caused no casualties. Investigators found a white powdery substance at today’s explosion site, similar to the previous blast.
