DK Shivakumar Aims To Revive Vrushabhavathi River For Bengaluru

Karnataka Deputy CM DK Shivakumar announced plans to rejuvenate the Vrushabhavathi River and develop Basavanagudi into a heritage corridor under the Brand Bengaluru initiative. He highlighted the significance of the “Kadlekai Parishe” (peanut fair) and assured support for farmers. Shivakumar also addressed concerns over BPL card cancellations, pledging no inconvenience for the poor.
