Starlink Devices Recovered In Manipur Found Non-Functional, Incompatible

Security forces in Manipur recovered a Starlink dish and router from insurgents, but central intelligence sources say they are non-functional and incompatible with the region. A senior officer confirmed that while the devices had Starlink markings, they were not operational. Army handed them over to the Department of Telecommunications and Ministry of Electronics for further forensic analysis.
