NCR Orders Probe Into TTE’s Role In Ticketless Travel Scam

North Central Railway (NCR) has ordered an investigation after a surprise check revealed that a chief train ticket examiner colluded with ticketless passengers, allowing them to travel on a premium train during the festive season. NCR’s Chief Public Relations Officer, Shashi Kant Tripathi, stated that strict action would be taken against the officials involved, following a zero-tolerance policy on corruption.
