Wholesale Inflation Drops To 1.89% In November Amid Falling Food Prices

Wholesale inflation in India eased to 1.89% in November, down from 2.36% in October, with food prices, especially vegetables, seeing a significant drop. Food inflation decreased to 8.63%, led by a sharp reduction in vegetable prices. However, potato prices remained high at 82.79%. Fuel and power inflation saw deflation, while inflation in manufactured items rose slightly to 2%.
