Taiwan Detects Increase In Chinese Military Activity Nearby

Taiwan’s Ministry of National Defence (MND) reported increased Chinese military activity, detecting 10 Chinese aircraft and 5 naval vessels around Taiwan at 6 am on Thursday. Four PLA aircraft crossed the Taiwan Strait median line, entering the southwestern and southeastern air defense zones. Taiwan’s MND monitored the situation and responded accordingly to the heightened Chinese presence.
