First Seaplane Lands In Guwahati, Boosting Assam’s Connectivity

A seaplane made history by landing at Pandu Ghat in Guwahati on Friday, marking the first-ever such flight in Assam. The successful landing follows a flight from the city airport and is seen as a major milestone for the state’s transport network. Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma stated that the introduction of seaplanes will boost both connectivity and tourism in Assam.
