Fourteen Indian pilgrims, initially cleared to visit Pakistan for Guru Nanak’s 556th birth anniversary at Nankana Sahib, were sent back after officials reportedly labeled them Hindus, not Sikhs. They were part of around 2,100 Indians approved by the Union Home Ministry, with Islamabad issuing travel documents to the same number of visitors.
