India’s antitrust body, CCI, has rejected Apple’s request to pause an investigation report that found the company violated competition laws. The report, stemming from a 2021 case, had been recalled in August after Apple claimed commercial secrets were disclosed. Apple later sought action against a complainant for non-compliance, but CCI deemed the request “untenable” and allowed the case to proceed.
