Hasina Blames Yunus For Strained India-Bangladesh Ties

Bangladeshi ex-PM Sheikh Hasina accused interim leader Muhammad Yunus of pursuing “violent and extremist policies” damaging Dhaka-New Delhi relations. She condemned the ban on Awami League activities as unconstitutional and hinted at an election boycott. Living in exile in India since 2024, Hasina thanked Indians for offering her refuge.
