A helicopter crashed on a remote beach on Hawaii’s Kauai island, injuring five people, authorities said. The aircraft, carrying a pilot and four passengers, went down at Kalalau Beach on the Na Pali Coast. The extent of injuries remains unclear. The scenic coastline is popular for helicopter tours and is otherwise accessible only by hiking or boat routes.
