Navi Mumbai Airport Ready For Takeoff After Major Drill

Navi Mumbai International Airport has completed its ORAT exercise, confirming readiness for commercial operations from Dec 25. Hundreds of simulated passengers tested check-in, security, boarding, and baggage systems. Indigo, Akasa, and Air India Express will operate initially, with the first flight from Bengaluru at 8 AM and outbound to Hyderabad at 8:40 AM.
