A 13-year-old girl was gangraped by three men in Tamil Nadu’s Vellore. She went out of her home to take a leak. As per the victim’s father, she is a student of Class 9 and went out of the house in the evening to use the bathroom. When she didn’t return after being gone for a long while, the father went looking for her. He said that he saw three men and they fled the scene after seeing him.
