TG HC Upholds 2-Child Norm For Local Body Polls

The Telangana High Court has upheld the rule of the two‑child norm mentioned under Section 21(3) of the Telangana Panchayat Raj Act. It also clarified that regarding the eligibility of a contesting candidate, having two children will not violate fundamental rights.
