RJD chief Tejashwi Yadav tweeted that “no sorrow in defeat, no arrogance in victory,” reflecting on the party’s commitment to the poor after Bihar’s 2025 assembly elections. RJD won only 25 of 143 contested seats, its second-worst performance, while alliance partners also suffered losses and the NDA swept the polls with over 200 seats.
