Holiday Declared For Schools & Colleges Amid Heavy Rain In Tamil Nadu

Heavy rainfall continues to impact Chennai and surrounding Tamil Nadu districts. Due to the rains, holidays have been declared for schools and colleges in Mayiladuthurai district and Karaikal, Puducherry. In Cuddalore, Ariyalur, and Perambalur, only schools are closed. The Regional Meteorological Centre has issued a yellow alert, predicting heavy rain in several coastal TN districts.
