Flash Floods Hit Odisha As Suvarnarekha River Overflows

Several parts of Odisha have been hit by flash floods after the Suvarnarekha River overflowed, submerging low-lying areas and damaging multiple villages in Balasore district. The river’s water level surged due to heavy rainfall in neighboring Jharkhand. Relief efforts are underway, and residents are being relocated to safer areas.
