Govt Extends Mallika Srinivasan’s Tenure As PESB Head

Government has extended Mallika Srinivasan’s tenure as head of the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) by one year, making an exception to rules that limit appointments beyond the age of 65. Srinivasan, Chairman and Managing Director of Tractors and Farm Equipment (TAFE) Limited, was originally appointed in April 2021 for a three-year term ending April 8, 2024.
