Historic First: Siblings Command Separate Warships In Indian Navy

For the first time in the Indian Navy, siblings Commander Prerna Deosthalee and Commander Ishan Deosthalee are commanding separate warships. Prerna became the first female officer to command a warship, currently leading the fast attack craft INS Trinkat. Ishan has taken command of INS Vibhuti, a Veer-class missile vessel, marking a historic milestone for the Navy.
