BJP MP Bansuri Swaraj Faces Defamation Notice from Satyendra Jain

Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court issued a defamation notice to BJP MP Bansuri Swaraj after AAP leader Satyendar Jain’s petition. Jain accused Swaraj of making defamatory remarks in an October 2023 interview, falsely claiming Rs 3 crore, 1.8 kg gold, and 133 gold coins were recovered from his residence. Swaraj is directed to appear on December 20, when Jain and two witnesses will testify.
