Doctor Arrested For Alleged Rape And Blackmail In West Bengal

A doctor was arrested by the West Bengal Police on Tuesday in Hasnabad, North 24 Parganas, for allegedly raping a female patient after administering a tranquillizing serum. The arrest followed a complaint from the victim and her husband, who is employed in another state. The victim claimed the doctor tranquillized her before assaulting her and later blackmailed her with compromising photos.
