UAE-Based Firm’s Plea Against Adani Group Geting Dharavi Project Dismissed

Bombay High Court dismissed the plea of UAE-based Seclink Technology Corporation (STC). The company challenged the decision to award the ₹5,000-crore Dharavi project to Adani Group. STC initially won the tender in 2019. But Maharashtra government cancelled it in 2020 and issued fresh tender. Adani Group won the second tender. High Court said that STC’s petition lacked merit and substance.
