Massive ₹1,262 Cr Seizure By Election Commission In TN

Tamil Nadu CEO Archana Patnaik said the EC seized cash, gold, liquor, and drugs worth ₹1,262 crore ahead of April 23 polls, including ₹543 crore in cash. Authorities filed 163 FIRs and removed 2,180 URLs. The state has 5.73 crore voters, over 75,000 polling stations, and tight security with CAPF and police to ensure smooth, free, and fair elections.
