Lahore, the capital of Pakistan’s Punjab province, continues to be the world’s most polluted city, despite a light drizzle on Saturday morning that had raised hopes for improvement in the severe air quality and smog. The meteorological department stated that no significant relief is expected, with temperatures expected to remain around 24°C during the day and 14°C at night.
