A bold daylight robbery occurred on September 22 in Thrissur, Kerala, where a gang of 12 waylaid a car, kidnapped two individuals, and stole over 2.5 kg of gold ornaments valued at Rs 1.84 crore. The victims, Arun Sunny and Rojy Thomas, were assaulted before being released. Police have registered an FIR under various sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and are investigating the incident.
