EU Court Rejects Amazon Challenge Over Content Rules

The European Union’s General Court rejected Amazon’s request to remove its designation as a “very large” platform under EU online content rules. Amazon had challenged the legality of the Digital Services Act provision. As a result, it remains subject to stricter obligations to address illegal and harmful content.
