Israel To Enforce UNRWA Law Immediately: Netanyahu

Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu ordered the immediate enforcement of the UNRWA law, passed by the Knesset with broad support. The law bans UNRWA operations in Israel and prohibits official contact. In October 2024, Israel ordered UNRWA to vacate East Jerusalem premises by January 30. The PMO confirmed no restrictions on enforcement.
