Reliance Power & Infrastructure Reconstitute Boards, Elevate Senior Officials

Reliance Power and Reliance Infrastructure have reconstituted their boards by promoting senior officials. Ashok Pal, CFO of Reliance Power, has been elevated to Executive Director. Sachin Mohapatra, CEO of Sasan Power Ltd, and Harmanjit Singh Nagi, President of Corporate Development at Reliance Power, have been appointed as additional directors on the Reliance Power board.
