Iran Says UN Inspectors’ Return Not Full Cooperation

Iran clarified that the return of UN nuclear inspectors to Bushehr does not mark full cooperation, suspended after June strikes by Israel and the US Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said no final framework with the IAEA is agreed. Inspectors, now overseeing fuel replacement, may only access sites with Supreme National Security Council approval.
