A police case has been filed against Kiran H, an intern at Rajiv College of Ayurveda in Hassan, Karnataka, after a video of his Diwali celebration went viral. Footage showed Kiran, pursuing a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery, filling a plastic bag with petrol from his motorcycle and attaching a cracker bomb. He ignited the device on the road, causing a loud blast while friends filmed the incident.
