ECI Invites Congress Delegation To Clarify Concerns On Maharashtra Results

Election Commission invited a Congress delegation on December 3 to address its concerns over the party’s Maharashtra loss. Congress alleged ‘serious inconsistencies’ in the Maharashtra results. ECI told Congress that all poll procedures followed in Maharashtra during the vote counting were transparent and assured that it would review all legitimate concerns and give a written response.
