Meteorological officials have issued a red alert for Warangal, Hanmakonda, Siddipet, Mulugu, Mahabubabad, and Jangaon districts for another 24 hours. So, collectors have declared a holiday for all educational institutions there tomorrow. People are advised not to come out of their homes. NDRF teams have been deployed for relief operations.
