The annual Salakatla Vasanthotsavams of Lord Venkateswara begin today in Tirumala and will continue until April 1 at the Vasantha Mandapam. Daily processions will take place along the Mada streets, attracting large crowds of devotees. A grand Golden Chariot procession is scheduled for tomorrow. TTD has also suspended several sevas during the festival period.
